My Google Alerts brought back this today from http://www.stregisprinceville.com:
"Aloha! As the year comes to a close, I would like to offer my deepest appreciation to you for your years of service. Mahalo, mahalo, mahalo!
I know many of you are curious about the progress of the renovation. Demolition continues and construction has begun in the pool and spa areas, keeping us right on schedule. Some areas are even ahead of the timetable.
Marketing collateral is being developed that communicates the St. Regis brand while reflecting the culture of Hawai’i. New names have been selected for the outlets and meeting spaces to reflect our Hawaiian sense of place. Our F&B concepts will support the community by presenting local products in our restaurants.
It is indeed exciting to see the years of planning come to fruition. As I walk the property, I can see our dreams and expectations materializing. I know you will be proud of the superior product and service that will be provided. You can learn about some of the changes at www.princevilleohana.com.
Although this temporary transition is difficult, we are confident that the renovation will mean future prosperity to you and your family, and you will be very proud of the superior product and service we will provide. I look forward to reuniting our ‘Ohana and serving as Me’a Ho’okipa (hosts) to deliver uncompromising service as the St. Regis Princeville Resort—Hawaii’s Quintessential Address.
I send my fond regards to you and your ‘Ohana during the holidays and wish each of you a very happy New Year."
Sincerely,
Milton Sgarbi
